Before-and-After Images and Training Photography Disclaimer

All photographs, videos, before-and-after images and treatment-related content published by or on behalf of Dr Archys Aesthetics Ltd or Dr Archana are provided solely for general information, education and illustration. They do not constitute personalised medical advice, a diagnosis, a recommendation to undergo treatment, or a warranty or guarantee of any particular clinical or aesthetic outcome.

Images may depict:

• treatments personally performed by Dr Archana in her clinical practice;

• treatments personally performed or participated in by Dr Archana during professional training, workshops or masterclasses in the United Kingdom or internationally, including Europe, the United States and India; or

• treatments involving shared training models who may have been treated by more than one qualified practitioner, whether during the same session, at different stages of a procedure, or at separate training events.

Where an image originates from a shared-model or collaborative training environment, it must not be interpreted as representing work performed exclusively by Dr Archana or Dr Archys Aesthetics Ltd unless the accompanying description expressly states this. Where other practitioners contributed to a treatment or outcome, publication of the image records Dr Archana’s participation and does not claim exclusive authorship of the entire treatment or final result.

Training images may be photographed, recorded, held or published by training academies, trainers, photographers, models, delegates or other practitioners, subject to their respective permissions and arrangements. The same or similar image may therefore appear on third-party websites, social-media accounts or professional publications. The location or republication of an image does not, by itself, establish who performed the treatment, who contributed to a particular stage, or whether the result was produced by one or several practitioners. Publication by an unrelated third party must not be treated as evidence that Dr Archana or Dr Archys Aesthetics Ltd authorised that publication, its caption, attribution or surrounding claims.

Dr Archys Aesthetics Ltd takes reasonable steps to ensure that images and accompanying descriptions published through its official channels are genuine, appropriately attributed and used with the applicable consent, licence or other lawful authority. Consent to receive treatment is separate from permission to photograph, record or publish an individual’s image. Rights in training imagery may also belong to, or be administered by, the relevant model, photographer, training academy or other rights holder.

Before-and-after images demonstrate the experience of the particular individual shown. Individual anatomy, health, treatment response, healing, lifestyle and other clinical factors differ. Results therefore vary, and no image constitutes a representation, promise or guarantee that another person will achieve the same or a similar outcome. Treatment suitability, realistic expectations, material risks, benefits, alternatives and limitations must be assessed during an appropriate individual consultation.

Unless expressly authorised by the relevant rights holder, no permission is granted to copy, download, alter, manipulate, crop, republish, commercially exploit, falsely attribute or use any image or content in a misleading or defamatory context. Dr Archys Aesthetics Ltd and Dr Archana are not responsible for independent captions, alterations, statements, republications or representations made by third parties outside their reasonable control. All rights and remedies relating to unauthorised use, false attribution, misrepresentation, intellectual-property infringement and unlawful damage to reputation are expressly reserved.

Anyone with a legitimate concern that an image has been incorrectly attributed, published outside the applicable permission or presented without proper context should contact Dr Archys Aesthetics Ltd, identifying the image, publication and basis of concern. The matter will be reviewed and, where reasonably substantiated, appropriate corrective action may be taken. This review process does not constitute an admission of liability or wrongdoing, and the Clinic reserves all applicable legal rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Dr Archana nor Dr Archys Aesthetics Ltd accepts liability arising solely from reliance upon general website or social-media content, third-party republication, unauthorised alteration, or use of an image outside its original context. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or restricts any duty, responsibility or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
