Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice.
If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any medical conditions, please notify us before booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. To keep things fair for both our clients and practitioners, please note the following:
48 Hours’ Notice – If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice.
Deposits – Deposits are non-refundable if less than 24 hours’ notice is given or in case of a no-show.
Refunds – If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be refunded or carried forward to your next appointment.
Late Arrivals – Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling.
