By booking an appointment with Dr Archy’s Aesthetics, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before attending your consultation or treatment.
1. Appointments & Consultations
All new clients must attend an initial consultation before treatment can be carried out.
You must be 18 years or older to receive treatment. Proof of age may be requested.
Some medical conditions or medications may mean treatment is unsuitable. This will be discussed during consultation.
The final decision to proceed with treatment rests with the practitioner, in line with medical best practice.
2. Deposits & Payments
A £50 deposit is required to secure all consultations and treatment bookings.
Deposits are non-refundable, but redeemable against the cost of treatment within 6 months.
The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of treatment.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, will result in your deposit being forfeited.
To reschedule, please contact us directly or use the booking system.
4. Treatment Suitability & Results
Not all clients are suitable for every treatment. This will be determined at consultation.
If treatment cannot proceed for medical or safety reasons, the consultation fee will be retained.
Treatment outcomes vary by individual and cannot be guaranteed.
Top-ups or additional treatments may be required at an additional cost.
5. Aftercare
You will be provided with personalised aftercare instructions following treatment.
It is your responsibility to follow aftercare advice to ensure safe recovery and long-lasting results.
Failure to follow aftercare guidance may increase the risk of complications.
6. Liability & Disclaimer
All risks, side effects and potential complications will be explained before treatment.
Dr Archy’s Aesthetics accepts no liability for complications that arise where aftercare advice is not followed.
Refunds are not offered once treatment has been carried out.
7. Medical Records & Privacy
All personal and medical information is stored securely in line with GMC and UK GDPR requirements.

8. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your care, please raise it directly with us as soon as possible.
Complaints should be made in writing and will be acknowledged within 7 working days.
We aim to resolve complaints promptly and fairly.
9. General
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
