  • Skip strenuous exercise, hot yoga, saunas, or steam rooms for 24–48 hours

What do skin boosters do?

How many sessions are needed?
A course of 2–3 treatments is typically recommended for best results.

How long do results last?
On average, 6–9 months, depending on your skin condition and lifestyle.

What should I avoid after skin boosters?

  • Avoid wearing makeup for 24 hours

  • Avoid heat exposure (e.g. sunbeds, saunas) for 48 hours

  • Refrain from intense exercise for 24 hours
